本文从研究直齿园柱齿轮传动的修形计算、动载计算、胶合强度计算等问题对轮齿变形计算的需要出发、采用有限单元法对齿轮受载后的弹性变形进行了大量的计算。在详尽分析计算结果的基础上,提出了一个简单实用,具有足够精度、有较大适用范围的新的轮齿变形的计算公式,并且进行了轮齿变形的实测,证明了所提出的计算公式的正确性。
In this paper, based on the research on the calculation of gear shape calculation, dynamic load calculation and the calculation of the bonding strength of the spur gear transmission, the calculation of gear deformation is carried out by finite element method. Based on the detailed analysis of the calculation results, a simple and practical calculation formula of gear tooth deformation is proposed, which is simple and practical, with sufficient precision and large scope of application.
