The elder universities that have emerged in China in the recent three years have become important venues for retired elderly people in their later years. At present, there are seventy-three elderly colleges and universities in the whole country with 40,000 trainees. The curriculum of the school does not mean to seek reunification. It is not only necessary to improve the knowledge level of the elderly in culture and science, but also to equip them with basic health care Knowledge, promote physical and mental health. The school system varies from one to three years, depending on the requirements of the elderly, two to three times a week for two to three hours each. Liaoning Senior Citizens University is one of the largest. It is located in the vicinity of Beiling Park in Shenyang City. The school was started at the end of 1984 and currently employs 2,000 people. Among the trainees there was a general who was in charge of all-powerful endeavors of that year, and also people from political, economic and educational circles. After they retired from their respective leadership positions, they started a new study life. The youngest of them is 52 and the oldest is 86. Every time before going to school, some elderly people carefully wash their faces, shave their clothes neatly, so that young grandchildren clap their hands and shout with excitement: "Grandpa has to go to school today!
