儒学自孔子创立以来,历两千五百余年,对中华文明一直有着深远的影响。至今,其思想精髓仍被人们从修身、处世、办学、从商、治国等多方面去消化吸收。特别是从治国管理角度,历代帝王将相多以儒学作为执政的理论之基,宋朝宰相赵普更有“半部《论语》治天下”之说。所以,研究儒学,提炼其管理思想,并进行深刻的理解、消化、分析,这对当今从事人力资源管理工作的人员来讲可说是极宝贵的智慧财富。
Since Confucius was founded, Confucianism has had a profound impact on Chinese civilization for over 2500 years. Up till now, the essence of his thinking has still been digested and absorbed by many people, from self-cultivation, life-saving and school-running, from business and state administration. Especially from the perspective of managing state affairs, the emperors of the past dynasties mostly regarded Confucianism as the basis of their ruling theory. The prime minister of the Song Dynasty, Zhao Pu, even said that “the half” proverb “rules the world”. Therefore, studying Confucianism, refining its management thoughts, and deeply understanding, digesting and analyzing it can be a precious intellectual asset to those who are engaged in human resources management today.
