党的十八大报告明确提出,“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”的战略目标。这一战略目标,不仅是对进一步改革的部署,同时更是对企业文化理论的创新,为现阶段我国企业文化理论注入了新的科学内涵和实践基础。文化是一个企业的灵魂,集中体现企业的主体价值和精神风貌,对企业发展的影响是长期的、广泛而深远的,是企业凝聚力、创造力和竞争力的重要源泉,是企业核心竞争力中最重要的软实力。在人才流动十分频繁的今天,如何发挥企业文化的凝聚力,在留住人才的同时,吸引更多的创新型人才的加入是本文探讨的重点。
