文化志愿服务是满足人民日益增长的物质文化需要的重要途径和方式,是现代公共文化服务体系的重要一环,更是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分。然而,处于发展初期的文化志愿服务还需要进一步规范化、专业化、常态化。本文主要从政府购买服务角度,探讨项目化管理模式在文化志愿服务中的运用,回应人民群众文化增长需求,提高文化志愿服务水平,促进文化志愿服务规范化、专业化、常态化和可持续健康发展。 Cultural volunteer service is an important way to meet people’s growing material and cultural needs. It is also an important part of modern public cultural service system and an important part of socialist spiritual civilization. However, cultural volunteer service in the early stage of development still needs further standardization, specialization and normalization. This article mainly discusses the application of project management mode in cultural volunteer service from the perspective of government procurement services. In response to the increasing demand of people’s cultural growth, the level of cultural volunteer service is raised and the standardization, specialization, normalization and sustainable and healthy development of cultural volunteer service are promoted .
