分别对光裸方格星虫和可口革囊星虫的虫体和内脏的常规成分、氨基酸组成与营养效价、重金属含量及生物质量、脂肪酸组成等进行测定。结果表明:两种星虫干物质中蛋白质含量在83.6%~86.5%,均含18种氨基酸,蛋白质营养效价符合FAO/WHO理想评分模式,呈味氨基酸含量丰富,DAA/TAA达到40.07%~45.28%。两种星虫富含多种脂肪酸,具有较高的多不饱和脂肪酸比例。重元素分析显示,光裸方格星虫综合生物质量指数<0.2,可口革囊星虫为0.2~0.3之间。结论:光裸方格星虫和可口革囊星虫营养效价相当,虫体比内脏略高;而光裸方格星虫比可口革囊星虫生物质量高。
The routine components, amino acid composition and nutritional value, heavy metal content, biomass, fatty acid composition and so on of parasitic organism and viscera of Photorhabdus cinerea and Phacoideae were determined respectively. The results showed that the protein contents of the two species were 83.6% ~ 86.5% and contained 18 kinds of amino acids, respectively. The nutritional value of the protein conformed to the FAO / WHO ideal grading model with rich amino acid content and DAA / TAA reaching 40.07% ~ 45.28 %. Both species are rich in fatty acids and have a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The analysis of heavy elements showed that the composite biomass index (P <0.05) was between 0.2 and 0.3. CONCLUSION: The photosynthetic rate of Botryosphaeria ussuriensis is equal to that of Botryosphaeria ussuriensis, while the number of parasitoid is slightly higher than that of viscera.
