金秋时节,宁夏山川天高云淡,硕果飘香。在迎接宁夏回族自治区成立50周年之际,“2008·聚焦西部”《全国画院艺术家作品邀请展》于九月初在历史文化名城银川拉开帷幕,众多书画艺术家以自已的精品力作共贺宁夏回族自治区50华诞。《全国画院艺术家作品邀请展》由文化部艺术司、中国国家画院和宁夏文化厅主办,展会规格之高,并邀全国各专业画院艺术家共襄盛事,尚属首例,这充分体现了文化部及艺术司、国家画院和各兄弟省区市画院对宁夏文化及美术事业的热忱关注和大力支持。
Autumn season, Ningxia mountains and clear sky, fruit fragrance. In response to the 50th anniversary of the founding of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, “2008 Focus on the West” “National Painting Artists Invitational Exhibition” in early September in the historic and cultural city of Yinchuan, many calligraphy and painting artists to their own fine work to celebrate Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region 50 birthday. It is the first case that “National Invitational Artists’ Invitational Exhibition” is sponsored by the Art Department of the Ministry of Culture, China National Academy of Painting and Ningxia Cultural Department. The exhibition is the first of its kind in the country. And the Art Division, the State Art Academy and the fraternity and city art academies of both provinces and autonomous regions for their enthusiasm and support for Ningxia culture and fine arts.
