“亲其师,信其道”,富有爱心和亲和力的老师,实施惩戒教育可以使学生的接受性大大提高,这说明惩戒教育具有情感性.因此,惩戒教育的实施,需要“晓之以理,动之以情”,指向引发学生的不安感和羞愧,激起学生的内部动机,开启深层次的反思,从而形成稳定的道德认识.因此,在实施惩戒教育之前,对学生就错误言行的性质和根源进行分析,以及指明矫正的必要性和发展方向尤为重要.
