大多数关于人乳中微量元素含量的研究均用足月产儿(T)母乳进行,有关早产儿(PT)母乳中微量元素水平的资料不多。本文报告在哺乳的一天内、整个喂养期及哺乳的不同时期内测定 T 和PT 母乳中锌、铜、铁、锰水平的结果。全部121份乳汁样品取自12例孕30~36周时分娩和9例足月分娩的母亲。PT 组和 T 组平均年龄分别为23和24.6岁,平均孕龄分别为33.5和40.2周,所产婴儿平均体重分别为1.97和3.55kg。乳样由一名研究人员于分娩后第1、2、4、8周早晨、中午和傍晚喂奶时分别采集。每次采样均用手从乳房中挤出乳汁,弃去最初1ml,然后于喂奶前(初乳)和喂奶后(末乳)各取约10ml。乳样直接从乳头挤入聚丙烯试管中,置于-4℃待分析。用P-Elmer50双光束原子吸收分光仪通过无原子吸收技术测定母乳中的锌、铜、铁、锰水平。
Most studies on trace elements in human milk have been conducted with full-term (T) breast milk, with little information on the levels of trace elements in breast milk from premature infants (PT). This paper reports the results of the determination of zinc, copper, iron and manganese levels in T and PT breast milk during lactation, during the entire feeding period and at different times of lactation. All 121 milk samples were taken from 12 mothers with 12 to 30 weeks of gestation and 9 full-term deliveries. The average age of PT group and T group were respectively 23 and 24.6 years old, the average gestational age was 33.5 and 40.2 weeks, respectively, the average weight of infants born were 1.97 and 3.55kg respectively. Milk samples were collected by a researcher at the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th weeks after giving birth in the morning, noon and evening feeding respectively. Each sample is manually squeezed out of breast milk, discard the first 1ml, and then before feeding (colostrum) and after feeding (end milk) each take about 10ml. Milk samples were extruded directly from the nipple into polypropylene tubes and placed at -4 ° C for analysis. The levels of zinc, copper, iron and manganese in human milk were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry using a P-Elmer 50 two-beam atomic absorption spectrometer.
