戊二醛是一种常用消毒液,为保证其消毒效果,要经常进行有效含量测定。《消毒技术规范》及药典均规定用三乙醇胺-硫酸容量分析方法[1-2]。在实际应用中发现,这个方法存在一些弱点,尤其是所用的溴酚蓝指示剂在终点时变色不明显,容易造成测定误差。本文选择甲基橙为指示剂测定戊二醛含量,试剂配制简便,滴定终点变色敏锐,减小了测定误差。经与《消毒技术规范》方法比较,测定结果差异无统计学意义。本文还用盐酸标准滴定溶液取代硫酸进行
Glutaraldehyde is a commonly used disinfectant, in order to ensure its disinfection effect, to the often effective content determination. “Disinfection technical specifications” and the pharmacopoeia are provided with triethanolamine - sulfuric acid capacity analysis [1-2]. In practice, it is found that this method has some weaknesses. In particular, the bromophenol blue indicator used does not change color obviously at the end point, which easily leads to measurement error. In this paper, methyl orange as indicator to determine the glutaraldehyde content, reagent preparation is simple, sharp titration end point of change, reducing the measurement error. After compared with the “disinfection technical specifications” method, the determination of the difference was not statistically significant.
