编码Rh血型抗原的基因有两个:RhCE基因和RhD基因,其中CE基因的构成己被阐明,全长约75kb,包含10个外显子和9个内含子。两种基因的cDNA皆已被克隆,CcEe cDNA和DcDNA之间仅有41个核苷酸的不同,相应的RhCcEe和RhD蛋白之间有36个氨基酸残基的差异。
There are two genes encoding Rh blood group antigens: RhCE gene and RhD gene. The structure of CE gene has been elucidated. The full length is about 75kb and contains 10 exons and 9 introns. The cDNAs for both genes have been cloned, with only 41 nucleotides differing between the CcEe cDNA and DcDNA and 36 amino acid residues difference between the corresponding RhCcEe and RhD proteins.
