《本草纲目》中说,苦瓜可以“除邪热,解劳乏,清心明目”。下面介绍几款苦瓜食谱。(1)苦瓜焖鸡翅:苦瓜250 g,鸡翅膀1对,姜汁、黄酒、调料、植物油适量。先炒鸡翅膀,后入苦瓜、调料,熟后食肉饮汤。此款可作为糖尿病食疗。(2)蚌肉苦瓜汤:苦瓜250 g,蚌肉100 g,共煮汤,加油盐调味,熟后喝汤、吃苦瓜和蚌肉。此款适用于轻型糖尿病患者。
