2000年11月12日～17日,中国报协报纸印刷工作委员会在北京举行了第五次全体委员会议。中央、各省市自治区和特区共有70家报社印刷厂负责人共127人出席了会议。中国报协报纸印刷工作委员会主任徐海帆作了回顾过去两年半的工作及对下一步工作安排意见的报告,羊城晚报作了采用直接制版技术使用情况的报告、解放日报作了如何印好彩报的经验介绍。全国印刷标准化技术委员会秘书长李家祥高级工程师作了如何印好彩报及制定国家彩报标准的报告。国家新闻出版署印刷业管理司李琛副司长及中国报协常务书记连福寅在会上作了重要讲话。
From November 12 to November 17, 2000, China Press Association Newspaper Printing Working Committee held its fifth plenary meeting in Beijing. A total of 127 people in charge of printing of 70 newspapers at the central, provincial, municipalities, autonomous regions and special economic zones attended the conference. Xu Haifan, director of China Press Association newspaper printing committee made a report reviewing the work of the past two and a half years and arranging opinions on the next step. Yangcheng Evening News made a report on the use of direct plate making technology, Experience introduction. National Printing Standardization Technical Committee Secretary-General Li Jiaxiang, senior engineer how to print a good color newspaper and the development of national standards report. Mr. Chen Li, Deputy Director of Printing Management Department of State Press and Publication Administration, and Lian Fuyin, secretary of China Press Association made an important speech at the meeting.
