根据笔者建立的可变集及其辨证法基本规律数学定理,提出事物相对差异度演变定理和可变集模式识别矩阵,在此基础上提出水资源系统可变集评价原理与方法。列举了广东省东莞市4个水平年水资源可持续利用协调程度评价实例,并与模糊集对评价法进行了比较与分析,指出该法存在的问题与错误。实例与比较表明,以可变集理论为基础的水资源系统评价原理与方法,具有理论严谨、概念清晰、计算简便的优点,可以推广应用于环境工程、水利水电工程、土木建筑工程、管理工程等众多学科的多指标(目标)评价领域。
According to the mathematical theorem of variable set and its dialectical law, the authors propose the evolutionary theorem of relative difference of variables and the variable set pattern recognition matrix. On this basis, we put forward the principle and method of variable set evaluation of water resources system. This paper gives an example of how to evaluate the coordination degree of sustainable utilization of water resources in four horizontal years in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, compares and analyzes the evaluation method with the fuzzy set, and points out the problems and mistakes in the method. The examples and comparisons show that the theory and method of water resources system evaluation based on variable set theory have the advantages of rigorous theory, clear concept and simple calculation. They can be widely applied in environmental engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, civil engineering, management engineering And many other disciplines and more indicators (target) evaluation areas.
