安装于汉沽变电站调相机车间的焊接补强吊车桥架,原系通州电厂拆迁下来的变形严重、准备报废的铆接桁架。经十多年的使用,这台经焊接补强的铆接桁架情况一直很好,实际工作荷载比原额定荷载超出40%。通过此项实践,我们在铆接结构采用焊接方法进行补强方面积累了一些经验。现将有关情况整理如下,供参考。概况该铆接桁架系瑞士BBC 1922年的产品(A/S NORSK ELEKTRISK&BROWN BOVERI LAST 1922 FABR
The welded reinforced cable crane bridge installed in the modulation and camera shop at Hangu Substation was originally a riveted truss with severe deformation and preparation for scrapping due to the demolition of the Tongzhou Power Plant. After more than ten years of use, this riveted truss reinforced by welding has been in good condition. The actual working load exceeds the original rated load by more than 40%. Through this practice, we have accumulated some experience in the reinforcement of riveted structures using welding methods. Now arrange the relevant situation for reference.
