[目的]建立吡蚜酮在小麦中的残留分析方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取、净化后,质谱检测器检测。[结果]添加质量分数为0.02~1 mg/kg时,吡蚜酮在小麦、土壤、麦苗和麦秆中平均添加回收率分别为78.7%~99.1%、72.3%~82.9%、85.8%~91.4%和82.7%~93.9%,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%~7.8%、0.8%~2.7%、4.3%~9.2%和2.9%~4.3%。吡蚜酮在小麦中的最低检出质量分数为0.02 mg/kg。[结论]该方法快速简便,准确可靠。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the residue analysis of pymetrozine in wheat. [Method] Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified, and detected by mass spectrometry detector. [Result] The average recoveries of pymetrozine in wheat, soil, wheat germ and wheat straw were 78.7% -99.1%, 72.3% -82.9% and 85.8% -91.4, respectively, with the mass fraction of 0.02-1 mg / kg % And 82.7% -93.9%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 1.4% -7.8%, 0.8% -2.7%, 4.3% -9.2% and 2.9% -4.3% respectively. The minimum detectable concentration of pymetrozine in wheat was 0.02 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method is fast, simple, accurate and reliable.
