为了探讨骨质疏松症的发病机理 ,以及谷康泰灵注射液的治疗效果 ,采用谷康泰灵注射液每天肌肉注射 2 ml,共注射 2 0天后 ,观察尿中 I型胶原特殊肽 (Cross L aps)和血中骨钙素 (BGP)的变化情况 ,同时对其临床疗效进行了组间比较。结果显示治疗组尿中 Cross L aps的含量治疗前与治疗后比较 ,有明显降低 ,具有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血中 BGP的含量治疗后较治疗前明显升高 ,有统计学差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;对照组无变化。分析认为谷康泰灵可能是通过抑制破骨细胞的活性 ,促进成骨细胞合成 ,使骨量增加以减轻骨质疏松症而致的一系列临床综合症侯群
In order to investigate the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and the therapeutic effect of GuKangTaiLing injection, 2ml of intramuscular injection was given daily with GuKangTaiLing injection. After 20 days of injection, the special peptide type I collagen in urine was observed (Cross L aps The changes of serum osteocalcin (BGP) and its clinical efficacy were compared between groups. The results showed that the content of Cross L aps in the urine of the treatment group was significantly lower before and after treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the blood BGP content was significantly higher after treatment than before treatment. Statistical differences (P < 0.05); no change in the control group. The analysis suggests that Gu Kangtailing may promote the synthesis of osteoblasts by inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts, and increase the bone mass to reduce osteoporosis resulting in a series of clinical syndromes.
