采煤机开机率综合反映了工作面生产系统的整体效能。长山子煤矿1125综放面所开采的是大倾角三软不稳定煤层,工作面自初采以来近4个月推进速度极其缓慢。为提高工作面推进速度,查清影响工作面开机率的主客观因素,采用现场跟机监测采煤机开停机状态,综合分析影响开机率的故障因素。从加强设备检修与维护,及时处理水害、倒架和夹矸,加强工作面管理3个方面提出提高开机率的综合对策,从而实现1125工作面有的放矢量化管理。
Shearer turn-on rate reflects the overall performance of the face production system. The 1125 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Changshanzi Mine is a coal seam with a large dip and three soft instable seams. The working face has been extremely slow in the last 4 months since initial mining. In order to improve the advancing speed of working face and find out the subjective and objective factors that affect the operating rate of working face, the on-machine status was used to monitor the open and shut down status of coal-winning machine and the failure factors that affected the operating rate were comprehensively analyzed. From the strengthening of equipment maintenance and repair, timely handling of water hazards, frame and folder gangue, and strengthen the management of the face of three aspects put forward to improve the boot rate of the comprehensive response, so as to achieve 1125 face some vector management.
