计算机技术在企业经营管理中的运用更加广泛,这使得电子文件在档案管理成为了主要的文件载体。电子档案推广运用的同时,档案文件的安全问题也受到了关注,规范电子文件的应用流程是企业需要深入考虑的问题。企业在实现办公自动化时要注重电子文件的管理运用,避免内部信息资源外漏而造成的各种不利损失,为企业构建一个相对稳定的运营环境。针对这一点,本文主要分析了企业使用电子档案流程中的风险控制策略,引导办公人员合理使用电子文件。
The application of computer technology in the management of enterprises is more extensive, which makes the electronic files become the main file carrier in the file management. While promoting the use of electronic files, the safety of archives has also drawn attention. The application of electronic documents is a problem that enterprises need to consider in depth. Enterprises in the realization of office automation should pay attention to the management of electronic documents to avoid leakage of internal information resources caused by a variety of unfavorable losses for the enterprise to build a relatively stable operating environment. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the risk control strategy in the process of using electronic files in enterprises, and guides the office personnel to use the electronic files rationally.
