在自动线或专机设计中,有时希望滑台终点位置能周期性改变。比如,分两次切削孔内沉割槽时,刀具轴向位置的变动通过滑台终点位置的改变来实现,是比较理想的。为此,我们设计了滑台终点位置控制装置。该装置的结构如图所示。它主要由取代滑台死挡铁的可变挡铁和固定在滑座体侧面的运动转换机构两部分组成。
In automatic line or special plane design, sometimes hope that the slide end position can be periodically changed. For example, when cutting the grooving hole in two holes, the change of the axial position of the cutter is realized by the change of the end position of the sliding table, which is preferable. To this end, we designed the slide end position control device. The structure of the device is shown in the figure. The utility model mainly consists of a variable block iron which replaces the dead block iron of a sliding table and a motion conversion mechanism which is fixed on the side of the sliding block body.
