依据达西定律,研制了机械式野外用微型渗透率仅(MFP)。MFP携带方便,可系统测量岩石的渗透率,对测量对象不具损坏性,既便于野外测量露头岩石,也适于在实验室测量手标本或若心。MFP由承压气源、调制器和注气探头3部分装置组成,通过闭合作用在测量对象表面的探头,将高压气体注入岩石,测得透过岩石作用面的气体流量和相应压力,再据渗透率与它们的关系换算出渗透率数据。根据经验,用MFP每天可测量400~500个点的数据,可快速获得密点集渗透率空间分布数据,非常便于在野外按地层进行复杂砂体的渗透率分布研究。数据误差分析表明,用MFP方法获得的渗透率数据误差属随机性误差。以对吐哈盆地七克台剖面露头砂体的研究为例,介绍了MFP在研究砂体渗透率非均质性特征及模式方面的实际应用效果。
According to Darcy’s law, micro-permeability for mechanical field use was developed (MFP) only. Conveniently portable, the system measures rock permeability systematically and is non-destructive to the measuring object, making it easy to field outcrop rocks and to measuring hand specimens or rings in the laboratory. The MFP is composed of pressure-bearing air source, modulator and gas injection probe. The probe injects high-pressure gas into the rock by closing the probe acting on the surface of the measuring object. The gas flow rate and corresponding pressure through the rock action surface are measured. Permeability and their relationship are converted into permeability data. According to experience, using the MFP to measure the data of 400 ~ 500 points a day, the spatial distribution of the permeability of the point set can be quickly obtained, which is very convenient for studying the distribution of the permeability of complex sand bodies according to the formation in the field. Data error analysis shows that the error of permeability data obtained by MFP method is a random error. Taking the study of outcrop sand body in Qitai section of Turpan-Hami Basin as an example, this paper introduces the practical application effect of MFP in the study of characteristics and modes of heterogeneity of sand permeability.
