为真实模拟岸边集装箱起重机的工作过程及环境,依据其工作特点构建视景仿真系统。基于Multigen Creator软件,应用图像缓存、纹理贴图、实例化模型的建模技巧创建岸边集装箱起重机及其场景模型,应用多层次模型和删除背面多边形的方法优化模型数据库;通过驱动岸边集装箱起重机DOF节点实现大车和小车的运动,通过控制其绳索伸缩实现吊具起升运动;采用Vega Path工具和Vega Marine模块分别创建集装箱运输车路径及动态海洋,基于VC++平台调用Vega库函数实现集装箱运输车和海洋的运动。通过开发岸边集装箱起重机视景仿真系统,实现岸边集装箱起重机现场工况的三维数字化。
In order to truly simulate the working process and environment of the shore container crane, the visual simulation system is constructed according to the characteristics of its work. Based on Multigen Creator software, this paper applies image caching, texture mapping and instantiation model modeling techniques to create a container crane beach and its scene model, and uses the multi-level model and the method of deleting the back polygon to optimize the model database. By driving the shore container crane DOF The nodes realize the movement of carts and trolleys, and control the retraction of hoisting ropes. Through the development of shore container crane visual simulation system to achieve the three-dimensional digital container crane site conditions.
