皮格马利翁效应强调通过对受教育者的自我激励机制的强化,激发他们的潜力,促使内因发生作用,对思想政治教育有重要的启示意义。在系统科学地认识此效应的基础上,教育者应坚持期望适度、正诱导、信任等原则,将这一效应正确地应用到实际的思想政治教育工作中去。思想政治教育工作者要积极的对此效应在应用中出现的情况作出回应,避免受教育者滋生赞赏依赖心理,从而塑造受教育者的理想人格。
The Pythagorean Emphasis emphasizes the enlightenment of ideological and political education by strengthening the self-encouragement mechanism of educated people, stimulating their potentiality and promoting the internal cause. Based on the systematical understanding of this effect, educators should adhere to the principles of moderate expectation, positive induction and trust, and correctly apply this effect to actual ideological and political education. Ideological and political education workers should actively respond to the situation in the application of this effect, to avoid being educated to rely on psychological dependence, so as to shape the ideal personality of educated.
