采用双掺矿物掺合料和复合使用化学外加剂的技术手段配制出系列海工高性能混凝土,并对比分析海工高性能混凝土和普通混凝土的性能差异,结果表明:海工高性能混凝土氯离子扩散系数同比普通混凝土降低一个数量级;经历200次冻融循环后其质量基本无损失,抗压强度比仍高达90%以上。同时,采用Fick模型对混凝土结构进行寿命预测,达到80年以上安全使用寿命的耐久性技术要求。
A series of high performance concrete with marine engineering were prepared by means of double admixture mineral admixture and compound chemical admixture. The performance difference between high performance concrete and ordinary concrete was compared and analyzed. The results showed that: Diffusion coefficient decreased by one order of magnitude compared with that of ordinary concrete. After 200 cycles of freezing and thawing, its mass was almost no loss, and the compressive strength ratio was still over 90%. At the same time, the Fick model is used to predict the life of concrete structures and reach the durability technical requirement of more than 80 years of safe service life.
