烷基糖苷因其环保、润滑好的优点而引入到钻井液,但存在加量大(>35%)、成本高、抑制性有待提高等缺陷。针对烷基糖苷缺点,秉承其优点,通过分子设计及合成设计,优化分子结构,制备得到环保、高性能、低成本的阳离子烷基糖苷(CAPG)、聚醚胺基烷基糖苷(NAPG)等产品。CAPG润滑系数0.035,相对抑制率达100%;NAPG润滑系数0.048,相对抑制率达100%,其EC_(50)值528800mg/L。并以研发的改性烷基糖苷为基础,形成了改性烷基糖昔类油基钻井液体系,其性能与油基钻井液相当,可用于页岩油气水平井长水平段钻井施工,缓解目前油基钻井液环保压力,扩大水基钻井液适用范围。开展了其他改性烷基糖苷产品研制,并形成了糖苷特色产品系列,围绕糖苷结构形成了专利战略保护布局。除糖苷类产品外,梳理了其他天然材料的改性方法,促进天然材料的充分利用和钻井液技术的进步。
