本文通过对逆变变压器偏磁机理的研究,找出了导致偏磁积累和逆变颠复的主要原因。在此基础上,研制了特殊的抗偏磁防颠复电路。试验表明,采用该电路可以有效地防止偏磁的产生和积累,大大提高了逆变器的可靠性和安全性,为全桥式逆变电路的应用提供了有效的技术保证。
In this paper, the author studies the biasing mechanism of inverter transformer, and finds out the main reasons that lead to bias accumulation and inverter. On this basis, developed a special anti-bias magnetic anti-subversion circuit. The test shows that the circuit can effectively prevent the generation and accumulation of bias magnetic flux, greatly improve the reliability and safety of the inverter, and provide an effective technical guarantee for the application of the full-bridge inverter circuit.
