观察了低碳钢在低周冲击疲劳过程中循环形变的显微特征。结果表明:循环形变主要由滑移引起。冲击载荷下材料的高应变速率,导致多滑移现象,随循环周次的增加,滑移线由较平直变得弯曲。晶粒出现变形,显微凹坑与凸起是侵入与挤出在冲击疲劳过程中的一种典型表现形式。
The microscopic characteristics of cyclic deformation of low carbon steel during low cycle impact fatigue were observed. The results show that cyclic deformation is mainly caused by slip. The high strain rate of the material under impact load leads to multi-slip phenomena. As the cycle increases, the slip line becomes more straight. Grain deformation occurs, and microscopic pits and protrusions are a typical manifestation of intrusion and extrusion during impact fatigue.
