火箭橇在亚音速、跨音速、超音速条件运行时引起的动力学问题是高速滑轨设计及制造重点考虑的问题.结合中国某型橇轨系统,较为完善地建立了橇轨动力分析有限元模型,研究了钢轨、轨道梁、扣件和衬片参数对橇轨动力响应影响关系,探讨高速滑轨结构参数取值原则.研究表明,钢轨和衬片刚度对系统动力响应影响较大,橇轨动力响应相对较低的滑轨结构参数选取范围为:钢轨弹性模量为210 GPa、轨道梁采用C20~C60混凝土、扣件刚度为(1 200~2 000)kN/mm、衬片弹性模量为(100~140)GPa.该研究可为高速滑轨设计提供理论依据.
The kinetic problems caused by rocket sled during subsonic, transonic and supersonic operation are the key issues to be considered in the design and manufacture of high-speed slideway.According to a certain type of sled-rail system in China, the sled-rail dynamic analysis finite element Model, the influence of the parameters of rail, track beam, fastener and lining on the dynamic response of the sled was studied, and the principle of value selection of the high-speed sled was discussed. The results show that the rigidity of the rail and the lining has a great influence on the dynamic response of the system, Rails structural parameters with relatively low rail dynamic response are selected as follows: rail elastic modulus is 210 GPa, rail beam is C20 ~ C60 concrete, fastener rigidity is (1 200 ~ 2 000) kN / mm, lining elastic modulus (100 ~ 140) GPa.The research can provide theoretical basis for the design of high-speed rail.
