现在的学生,随着接触的媒体和信息的量和机会不断增加,他们的自我意识都很强,更容易出现各式各样的心理问题而需要教师的心理辅导。在做学生的思想工作时,传统的做法大多是用一些比较空,比较大的道理,学生听不进去,几次之后,甚至会产生免疫力,让问题扩大化。在实际的教学工作当中,我发现将道理融在我们生活小事当中,以讲故事的方式和学生交流,再帮助学生总结出个中道理,让学生自己去感悟,从而达到最终的辅导和教育目标。
Nowadays, students are more self-aware and more likely to experience a wide range of psychological problems that require teacher’s psychological counseling as the volume and chance of exposure to media and information increases. When doing student ideological work, most of the traditional approaches are to use some relatively empty and relatively large truths that students can not listen to. After a few times, they even have immunity and make the problem even more magnanimous. In the actual teaching work, I found that integrating the truth into the small things in our life, communicating with the students in a story-telling way and then helping the students sum up the truth so that the students can realize their own guidance and education goals .
