文中就8种合金元素对海洋用低合金钢(合金总量≤3%)的静态和动态的稳定腐蚀电位进行了析因研究。差方分析结果表明,元素对静态和动态的稳定腐蚀电位具有复杂的影响关系;效应的大小与方向同钢中合金元素的搭配、含量以及环境状态等有密切关系。在30℃自然供氧的静态条件下,强烈影响腐蚀电位正移的元素有Cr,Mo;Ni,Cu则视析因组合的不同而有程度上的差异;元素硅只在高量情况下产生正移的主效应,而在中、低量情况下却出现负移主效应,此时,显著的交互效应有Cr·Mo,Co·Al,Ni·Cu,Cr·Ni和Si·Cr,Si·Mo等,其中多数呈现正移的交互效应。在30℃剧烈通气(5—61/min)的条件下,强烈影响腐蚀电位正移的元素则为Mo,Ni,Cu,其次为铬,元素铝的作用主要以Cr·Al的交互效应体现,而硅则无论取低、中或高量,主效应均可忽略;与静态条件相比显著不同的特点是动态条件下元素的交互效应上升为更显要的地位,特别是Cr·Ni·Mo,Cr·Ni·Cu以及Si·Mo的交互效应。值得指出的是:(1)以钒代铌作为强化元素,对静、动态的稳定腐蚀电位均无显著影响;(2)利用Cr·Al的交互效应或以〈Cr-Al〉作为一个复会因子添加是促使低合金钢静、动态稳定电位强烈正移的有效途径。
In this paper, eight kinds of alloying elements of marine low alloy steel (total alloy ≤ 3%) static and dynamic corrosion potential were studied. The results of the difference analysis show that the elements have a complex relationship with static and dynamic corrosion potentials. The size and direction of the effect are closely related to the alloying elements, contents and environmental conditions in the steel. Under static conditions of natural oxygen supply at 30 ℃, elements that strongly affect the positive corrosion potential are Cr and Mo, while Ni and Cu are differentiated to some extent by the combination of factors. The interaction of elemental aluminum is mainly reflected by the interaction effect of Cr and Al, However, whether silicon is low, medium or high, the main effect can be neglected. The significant difference from the static condition is that the interactive effect of elements under dynamic conditions is more prominent, especially for Cr, Ni, Mo, Cr · Ni · Cu and Si · Mo interaction effects. It is worth noting that: (1) Vanadium niobium as a reinforcing element has no significant effect on static and dynamic corrosion potentials; (2) using the interaction of Cr and Al or using as a complex Factor addition is to promote low-alloy steel static and dynamic potential of a strong positive shift effective way.
