一、前言水平连续铸造法生产350×40毫米这种特薄,宽厚比大的电解铝母线,目前来说还是一个较新的工艺.生产过程中各种工艺参数较难控制,关键的生产工具结晶器要求设计合理,操作要求严格.我们在分析了大量的试验数据之后,设计了整体式的矮结晶器,制定了较严格的工艺操作规程,从而在实际生产过程中创造了拉铸速度快,质量好等几项先进指标.本文将简要介绍结晶器的设计与主要的生产工艺.
