一、研究背景延庆县第四中学是一所初中校,现有学生1470名,共30个教学班。由于艺术特长班面向全县招生,几乎涵盖了全县所有小学生源,所以同一个班的学生学习水平参差不齐,学习成绩呈现两极分化的明显态势,转化学困生的问题就摆在我们面前。2012年4月,北京师范大学梁威研究员领导的研究团队为我们指明了方向。半年来,在总课题组的领导下,我校取得了点滴的成绩,一个个有特殊需求的学生和班级在我们的干预下健康发展。
First, the research background Yanqing Fourth Middle School is a junior high school, the existing 1470 students, a total of 30 classes. As the art specialty class for the county enrollment, covering almost all primary school students in the county, so the same class of students with varying levels of learning, academic performance showed a clear polarization of the situation, the problem of poor students in transition to be placed before us . In April 2012, a research team led by Liang Wei, a researcher at Beijing Normal University, pointed out the direction for us. For the past six months, under the leadership of the General Task Force, our school has achieved bit by bit. Students and classes with special needs have developed healthily with our intervention.
