本文提供了一种能在微机上实现快速求解三维弹性接触问题的有限元—线性规划法及计算程序。并首次分析了一对斜齿轮啮合时,在对载荷分布不加任何假设的条件下,载荷沿斜齿接触带内的分布。局部加密后,求出了接触区内的真实应力分布。分析了螺旋角对接触区表层下最大剪应力的影响。所得部分结果与已有光弹实验和ISO 标准进行了比较。这对进一步了解斜齿轮接触应力的真实情况具有实际意义。
This paper provides a finite element method - linear programming method and calculation program that can quickly solve three-dimensional elastic contact problems on a microcomputer. For the first time, the distribution of load along the contact zone of helical teeth under the assumption of no load distribution was analyzed for the first time when a pair of helical gears were meshed. After partial encryption, the real stress distribution in the contact area is obtained. The influence of helix angle on the maximum shear stress in the contact zone is analyzed. Some of the results obtained are compared with the existing photoelastic experiments and ISO standards. This is of practical significance for further understanding of the real situation of helical gear contact stress.
