本文介绍了水轮机蜗壳材料消耗工艺定额编制过程中使用的一种新方法——分类系数法,即针对形状各异的零件,在分类统计的基础上,结合AUTOCAD软件绘制蜗壳型线,给定合理的下料方式,从而汇总分析出不同类别零件的分类消耗系数,用于制定材料的毛重和定额。它取代了原来蜗壳钢板采用单一平均消耗系数的给料方式,大幅度提高了板材的利用率。
