为了了解瑶、汉族中学英语教师的职业倦怠状况,笔者以改编的Maslach教师职业倦怠问卷(MBI)对广西贺州市富川瑶族自治县的53名瑶族中学英语教师和52名汉族中学英语教师进行问卷调查。结果发现:瑶、汉族中学英语教师的职业倦怠程度都属于中等偏高程度范畴;除情绪耗竭维度外,瑶族男中学英语教师在其他维度上的平均得分显著高于汉族男中学英语教师;而瑶族女中学英语教师,除个人成就感降低维度外,在其他维度上的平均得分却都显著高于汉族女中学英语教师。
In order to understand the burnout of English teachers in Yao and Han secondary schools, the author conducted a questionnaire survey among 53 Yao middle school English teachers and 52 Han middle school English teachers in Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County, Hezhou, Guangxi, using the adapted Maslach Teacher Burnout Questionnaire (MBI). The results show that the occupational burnout of Yao teachers and Han middle school teachers belongs to the middle-high category. Except for the emotional exhaustion dimension, the average score of Yao middle school English teachers in other dimensions is significantly higher than that of Han boys’ middle school English teachers; Female secondary school English teachers, in addition to personal accomplishment to reduce the dimension, the average score in other dimensions were significantly higher than the Han Chinese female secondary school English teachers.
