中性粒细胞的吞噬和杀菌功能在机体抗感染过程中占重要地位。过敏毒素C_5~a及某些血小板因子不仅是中性粒细胞的趋化因子,同时也是其激活因子。中性粒细胞被激活后,其胞膜上CR_1及CR_3表达的增加,增进了其吞噬功能。中性粒细胞的杀菌作用依赖于两大系统,分别通过呼吸爆炸和脱颗粒杀灭细菌。呼吸爆炸过程中起杀菌作用的是氧自由基,而其脱颗粒释放的杀菌因子均与嗜天青颗粒有关。研究表明,中性粒细胞由不同功能的亚群所组成。各亚群间在趋化性、吞噬性和杀菌性方面也各不相同。
Neutrophil phagocytosis and bactericidal function play an important role in the body’s anti-infective process. Acute toxins C_5 ~ a and some platelet factor not only neutrophil chemokines, but also its activator. When neutrophils are activated, the expression of CR_1 and CR_3 on the cell membrane increases, which enhances phagocytosis. The bactericidal effect of neutrophils depends on two systems, killing the bacteria through respiratory explosions and degranulation, respectively. Respiratory explosion play a bactericidal role of oxygen free radicals, and its degreasing release bactericidal factors are associated with azurophilic granules. Research shows that neutrophils consist of different functional subpopulations. Each subgroup also varies in chemotaxis, phagocytosis and bactericidal activity.
