目的对比传统与现代传播方式对健康教育效果的影响。方法编制调查问卷,采用对照研究方法,随机将研究对象分为传统传播方式组和现代传播方式组,通过在两组中用不同的方式传播健康教育知识,对比两组健康教育后效果。结果进行健康教育后,现代传播方式组官兵的健康知识知晓率(91.15%)、健康生活方式与行为养成率(89.49%)及健康基本技能掌握率(62.18%)优于传统传播方式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且部队官兵期待的健康教育方式以多媒体授课方式接受程度最高,达41.03%。结论运用现代技术的多媒体工具进行传播,是部队官兵喜闻乐见且益于接受的健康教育方式,以现代传播手段开展的健康教育效果优于传统健康教育方式。
Objective To compare the effects of traditional and modern modes of communication on the effectiveness of health education. Methods The questionnaires were compiled and the control study method was used. The subjects were divided randomly into two groups: the traditional mode of transmission and the modern mode of transmission. The health education was disseminated in different ways in both groups to compare the post-health effects of the two groups. Results After health education, the awareness rate of health knowledge (91.15%), healthy lifestyles and behavior formation rate (89.49%) and health basic skills mastery rate (62.18%) of officers and soldiers of modern modes of communication were superior to those of traditional modes of communication, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The health education methods expected by the officers and soldiers of the armed forces were the highest accepted by multimedia teaching methods, reaching 41.03%. Conclusion The use of modern technology and multimedia tools to disseminate the health education is loved and accepted by military officers and men in the armed forces. The effectiveness of health education by modern means of communication is superior to that of traditional health education.
