运用扫描电镜、透射电镜、定量金相等手段研究了等温淬火稀土蠕墨铸铁的贝氏体组织转变特点。研究结果表明,贝氏体首先在奥氏体与石墨的相界处而不是在奥氏体晶界形核长大;贝氏体形态有针状、板条状、粒状三种;贝氏体板条及贝氏体针是由一定取向的贝氏体亚束组成,贝氏体亚束是由一定取向的贝氏体基元构成,贝氏体基元之间存在着富碳奥氏体薄膜;为改善奥-贝蠕铁的机械性能研究奠定了基础。
The bainite transformation of isothermal quenched vermicular graphite cast iron was studied by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and quantitative metallography. The results show that the bainite first grows at the phase boundaries of austenite and graphite rather than at the austenite grain boundaries.
