伴随着高校扩招,高职院校的招生规模也随之增加,学生数量越来越多。辅导员工作做得好与不好,直接影响学生培养的质量,其重要性不可低估。从目前现状来看,高职院校的辅导员工作都存在着不足之处,应该进行管理创新,重新找到辅导员的角色定位,探索新型管理模式。
With the enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the enrollment of higher vocational colleges also increases, and the number of students is increasing. Counselors do a good job and not good, a direct impact on the quality of student training, its importance can not be underestimated. Judging from the current status quo, there are some shortcomings in the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
