目的:对基于酶循环放大技术检测肿瘤标记物的研究结果进行分析探讨,为今后的检验工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法:采取基于核-壳结构的纳米粒子Raman信号分子放大技术对凝血酶进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:本次研究中构建了一种新型的DNA循环信号放大分子的生物传感器,将表面增强拉曼光谱技术在DNA循环放大的检测中得到了应用。结论:这一技术的合成相对容易,操作相对比较简单,具有较高的灵敏度,选择性良好,在蛋白质及其他肿瘤标志物的检测领域具有广阔的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and discuss the research results of detecting tumor markers based on enzymatic cycling amplification technology, and provide valuable reference for the future test. Methods: Thrombin was detected by Raman signal amplification based on the core-shell structure of nanoparticles, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: In this study, a novel biosensor based on DNA cyclic amplification was constructed. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was applied to the detection of DNA amplification. Conclusion: This technology is relatively easy to synthesize, the operation is relatively simple, with high sensitivity and good selectivity. It has broad application prospects in the field of protein and other tumor markers detection.
