试验研究了锅炉受热面常用合金钢12Cr1MoV经表面离子硼钛共渗处理后,在300~450℃温度范围内的抗热态飞灰冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明:经处理后的12Cr1MoV在试验温度范围内,其质量相对磨损量比未处理前小,即其耐磨性提高;其质量相对磨损量随温度的升高先减小后增大。试验后试件使用电镜扫描(SEM)和辉光放电光谱分析仪进行分析,发现试件表面渗层越厚、渗层中硼、钛元素含量越高、分布越均匀,则其耐磨损性能越好。
Experimental study of the hot alloy surface of the boiler 12Cr1MoV commonly used alloy steel by surface ion boron-titanium after infiltration, at 300 ~ 450 ℃ temperature range of hot fly ash erosion wear resistance.
