选择Mo17×330、77x330和Mo17×32为目标杂交种,以产量为主要改良性状,研究了自交系改良中种质选择和利用方法。结果表明,对各目标杂交种,参试供体自交系籽粒产量的UG、PTC、UBND值均存在极显著差异;其估值大的作为优良基因来源的供体系同被改良系间具有较远的亲缘关系。(C+F)-(D+E)值的大小同自交系间的亲缘关系吻合。可能找到既提高籽粒产量又降低植株高度的供体系。UG、PTC、UBND间存在极显著的正相关性,其中UG与PTC间的相关系数达0.90以上。
Mo17 × 330,77 × 330 and Mo17 × 32 were selected as the target hybrids. Yield was the major improvement trait. The selection and utilization of germplasm in inbred lines were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in UG, PTC and UBND between the target hybrids and the donor inbred lines of the tested hybrids. Far kinship. The value of (C + F) - (D + E) coincides with that of inbred lines. It is possible to find a donor system that increases both grain yield and plant height. There was a significant positive correlation between UG, PTC and UBND, of which the correlation coefficient between UG and PTC reached above 0.90.
