【美国《世界采矿》1982年11月号第40页报道】法国每年消耗的4,000吨金属铀,主要靠法国核材料总公司供应。法国核材料总公司专门从事铀的勘探、开采、加工处理和浓缩技术,它每年能从法国本土的矿石生产2,000吨以上的金属铀,占法国80％以上的产量。另外它还可从尼日尔、加蓬和加拿大的铀矿山得到一些铀。它还参与塞内加尔、马里、赞比亚、澳大利亚、圭亚那和美国的铀矿勘探工作。
[United States, “World Mining,” November 1982, p. 40]】 France’s annual consumption of 4,000 tons of metal uranium, mainly by the French National Nuclear Corporation supplies. The French National Nuclear Corporation specializes in the exploration, extraction, processing and concentration of uranium. It produces more than 2,000 tons of uranium per year from French ore, accounting for more than 80% of France’s production. In addition, it can also obtain some uranium from uranium mines in Niger, Gabon and Canada. It also participates in uranium exploration work in Senegal, Mali, Zambia, Australia, Guyana, and the United States.
