目的 探讨耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛束变异与听功能改变的关系。方法 测定 2 0只豚鼠听性脑干反应(ABR)阈和畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)振幅 ,观察耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛变异形态 ,计数变异的毛细胞数目。结果 耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛束变异主要为第一排外毛细胞静纤毛转位 ,多呈 90° ,少数达 180°,两臂长短不一 ,“W”型夹角变大。在这些动物中 ,ABR反应阈变化不明显 ,DPOAE振幅显著增大。结论 豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞静纤毛束变异具有普遍性 ,变异者伴有一定的听功能改变 ,DPOAE可作为判断变异的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ciliary hair cell dystrophy variation and auditory function. Methods The amplitude of auditory brainstem response (ABR) and distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) of 20 cochlear guinea pigs were measured. The morphological changes of stereocentes were observed and the number of hair cells were counted. Results The ciliated hair cells of the ciliated tufts were mainly located in the first row of outer ciliated cells, mostly at 90 ° and a few of 180 °. The lengths of their arms varied with the angle of “W”. In these animals, ABR response threshold changes are not obvious, DPOAE amplitude increased significantly. Conclusions The variation of stereocilia bundles in cochlear outer hair cells of guinea pigs is common. The variation is associated with some changes in hearing function. DPOAE may be used as an indicator of variation.
