目的:检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达。方法:应用S-P法检测MMP-9在15例正常卵巢组织中及95例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况。结果:MMP-9在正常卵巢组织中低表达(阳性率26.67%),而在上皮性卵巢癌组织中高表达(阳性率82.10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-9阳性表达与上皮性卵巢癌组织学类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而与肿瘤大小、癌组织分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9参与并促进了上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展,可作为临床判断上皮性卵巢癌病变程度及预后的重要参考指标。
Objective: To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: S-P method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 in 15 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 95 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results: The expression of MMP-9 was low in normal ovarian tissue (positive rate was 26.67%), while it was high in epithelial ovarian cancer (positive rate was 82.10%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive expression of MMP-9 was not related to the histological type of epithelial ovarian cancer (P> 0.05), but was related to tumor size, differentiation degree of cancer tissue, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: MMP-9 is involved in and contributes to the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer, which may be used as an important reference index for clinical judgment of the degree and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
