去年末今年初,辽宁省委督查室在组织筹备召开全省党委系统督查工作会议期间,深入有关地区,就充分发挥党委督查部门作用问题,进行了专题调查。通过调查,发现本溪市委在认真履行督查落实主体作用的同时,特别注重发挥党委督查部门的生力军和助推器作用,而且经验实在、内容具体,特点鲜明。在全省党委系统督查工作会议上,本溪市的发言引起了参会同志的良好反响。为此,我们对调研了解到的情况作了总结,与全国的同行们交流。 At the beginning of this year, at the end of last year, during the preparatory work for organizing the inspection of provincial party committees, the inspection office of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee conducted in-depth investigations into the issue of giving full play to the role of the party committees under the supervision of the departments concerned during the preparatory work for organizing the inspection of provincial Party committees. Through the investigation, it was found that while Benxi Municipal Party Committee conscientiously fulfilled the main role of supervising the implementation of inspections, it paid special attention to exerting the role of the new force and boosters in the supervision departments of the party committees. At the meeting of provincial party committee system supervision work, the speech of Benxi City aroused good repercussions from the participants. To this end, we have made a summary of what we have learned from the survey and exchanged views with our counterparts across the country.
