本文评述了国外有关镍钛铸造形状记忆合金的研究动向,并对镍钛铸造合金的形状记忆特性、抗磨性,耐腐蚀性、铸造性等性能作了介绍。同时,对熔炼铸造过程中某些工艺问题也作了综述。 文章中还对镍钛形状记忆合金研究中感兴趣的问题,诸如马氏体相变过程中出现的X-相机制、作用以及合金中杂质元素(C、H_2、O_2、N_2)在马氏体相交过程中的作用、影响等问题进行了评述和讨论。
This paper reviews the research trends of nickel-titanium foundry shape memory alloys abroad, and introduces the shape memory properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, castability and other properties of nickel-titanium alloy. At the same time, some problems in the process of smelting and casting are also reviewed. In this paper, some interesting problems in the research of NiTi shape memory alloys, such as the X-phase mechanism during martensitic transformation and the effects of the impurity elements (C, H_2, O_2, N_2) in the martensite The process of interaction, the impact and other issues were reviewed and discussed.
