试验采用低酸催化水解工艺,从稻草中提取腐植酸。根据单因素试验设计,通过测定水解过程中稻草纤维素转化率和腐植酸产率的变化指标,来寻求较佳工艺参数。结果表明,初始阶段反应条件为温度220℃、0.1%硫酸溶液、固液比1∶12、压力4MPa、转速300r/min、时间20min;将反应釜的反应条件调整为温度70℃、转速300r/min、常压条件下再反应30min时,可得到平均产率为37.55%的腐植酸。
Test using low acid catalytic hydrolysis process, extraction of humic acid from the straw. According to the single-factor experiment design, the better technological parameters were found by measuring the change index of straw cellulose conversion and humic acid yield during hydrolysis. The results showed that the initial reaction conditions were: temperature 220 ℃, 0.1% sulfuric acid solution, solid-liquid ratio 1:12, pressure 4MPa, rotation speed 300r / min and time 20min. The reaction conditions were adjusted to 70 ℃, min, under normal pressure and then reacted for 30min, the average yield of humic acid was 37.55%.
