应用放射免疫法测定32例低出生体重儿脐血和静脉血生长抑素(SS)的含量变化。结果表明:足月小样儿脐血和静脉血SS明显高于早产儿和对照组,新生儿体重与脐血和静脉血SS呈明显负直线相关。新生儿胎龄与脐血和静脉血SS无明显相关关系。提示:新生儿脐血和静脉血SS升高是导致低出生体重儿发生的重要机制之一。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of somatostatin (SS) in cord blood and venous blood of 32 low birth weight infants. The results showed that the cord blood and venous blood of full-term baby samples were significantly higher than that of premature children and controls, and the body weight of neonates was negatively correlated with SS of umbilical cord blood and venous blood. Neonatal gestational age and umbilical cord blood and venous blood no significant correlation between SS. Tip: neonatal cord blood and venous blood increased SS is one of the important mechanisms leading to low birth weight infants.
