以畜禽粪便作为平菇栽培基料主要添加成分,研究常规平菇栽培基料中添加畜禽粪便的可行性。在常规基料配方组成基础上,添加不同比例的鸡粪、猪粪、牛粪等畜禽粪便,观察平菇在不同基料配方中菌丝生长状态及出菇情况,确定每种粪便的最适添加比例,筛选添加畜禽粪便后的最佳基料配方。在常规平菇栽培基料中单独添加25%蚓粪以及分别添加含猪粪、牛粪、鸡粪和蚓粪各7.5%的混合粪便,出菇批次及产量明显高于对照组。常规平菇栽培基料中添加适量比例畜禽粪便具有可行性。
With livestock and poultry manure as the main additive component of mushroom cultivation base, the feasibility of adding livestock and poultry manure in the conventional mushroom cultivation base material was studied. On the basis of the composition of the conventional base materials, different proportions of manure excrement such as chicken manure, pig manure and cow manure were added to observe the mycelial growth status and fruiting status of Platycladus orientalis in different base formulations to determine the most Appropriate to add the proportion of screening after adding livestock manure best base formula. Adding 25% vermicompost separately and adding 7.5% mixed stool with pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure and earthworm respectively to the conventional mushroom cultivation base material, the batch production and the yield of the mushroom were obviously higher than those of the control group. Conventional mushroom cultivation base material to add the appropriate proportion of livestock and poultry feces is feasible.
